Shinka Counseling, Seasons Counseling Services

Shinka Counseling provides a hollistic approach to therapy and serves older teens and adults. Clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, managing stress and triggers, parenting, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationships, sleep, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and women's issues. The goals are to work with the client to create opportunities for self-exploration and greater awareness by making connections with symptoms, moods and the mind and body.
